How do I register?
Click "Login & Account set-up" button
Login with your existing website credentials. If you are a first-time visitor, click the "Don’t have a login? Click here to join" link at the bottom to create your free account.
Complete Steps 1-3, completed all required* fields (note, not all fields are required).
During Step 3, click on the blue hyperlink at the bottom that says, "Not ready for membership? Create my limited access account."
Accept the Rules & Etiquette of the website by clicking, "I agree"
Navigate to Conferences on the left-hand navigation, and select Amplify South Africa
Click “Register Now”
Click the “Register” button
Complete the registration steps and click “Continue” after your selections
On the registration confirmation page, click “Payment information” to pay and complete your registration.

How are the sessions determined?
GPUG General Manager Bob McAdam works with the GPUG Amplify South Africa Programming Committee to review Call for Proposals submissions and put together an agenda that meets the needs and interests of the Dynamics GP community.
Where do I access the session presentation slides and materials?
Session materials will be posted in the GPUG Amplify South Africa Conference Community library as they are received from presenters. Please note: GPUG Amplify materials are available to GPUG Amplify South Africa attendees only.

Will there be Academy classes available?
Yes, Academy classes will be offered 23-24 May 2018. Check back for offered Academy classes.
Are Academy classes included in my GPUG Amplify South Africa registration?
No, Academy classes require a separate registration.
How can I add Academy classes to my current registration?
Follow these easy steps:
Login to the GPUG Amplify South Africa site and
Under the message stating "You are currently Registered." click on Edit Registration.
Under the Registration Actions heading, click Edit.
On the next screen, click Add Activities.
Click Sessions on the left menu to see Academy classes. Check the box next to the class title(s) you want to attend.
When finished selecting classes, click Continue.
Follow the prompts to complete the process of registering for classes.

When will the mobile app be available?
GPUG Amplify South Africa will not offer a Mobile App.
Where can I give my conference feedback?
Conference attendees will have the opportunity to share feedback via the post-conference survey.
Do you sell or share attendee contact information?
No. Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share our attendees lists or contact information with anyone unless required for the event. For events hosted at Microsoft offices, we need to provide our attendee list to building personnel for security purposes.
Is my contact information given to sponsors?
No, sponsors are not provided with attendee contact information. Emails are sent on behalf of sponsors to attendees who have opt-ed in to receive these messages. Opt-in or opt-out permission for sponsor messages is asked during the registration process.
